a day of sunshine

a quick post of things that I am glad of:

• the indicator of my car is not on the blink today
• the sun is visible and has no clouds in front of it
• blossoms
• chocolate
• going away next weekend with the girls
• and Neil being ok with that since it is father's day!

Lightness

It's been a tough week getting started at our house these wet and gloomy days.

What we need is lightness:
as in scones, as in humour.

Looking forward to the races on Saturday night at the Olypmics, catching up with my mates tonight and hopefully watching Matthew play rugby in the wet muddy morning tomorrow.
